Dear Brothers and Sisters,
We invite you to participate in a weekend workshop on the theme of ‘Spiritual Care & Spiritual Leadership’ taking place on 3rd – 5th May 2019 in Dunajska Luzna, Slovakia. This workshop will include guidance and support for those seeking to provide care and leadership for other Blessed Children.

It is in the tradition of HARP & Second Generation Leadership Trainings that have been held over the years. The workshop is designed for BCs aged 19-25. As it is a short workshop, we will focus on offering constructive and challenging content; alongside space to reflect and share with others who are seeking to develop their leadership capacity.

There are many aspects of leadership, but we will focus on the internal aspects of roles related to the education of Blessed Children. Presentations will be prepared by members of the ESGD team, Patrick, Yebuny, Julius and Martin, who are also involved with the Second Gen Blessing Department. Collectively, there is a lot of experience over many years – and we want to share some concepts and experiences which we believe can be helpful to those who are seeking to go deeper in this area of responsibility. The workshop is also scheduled as a part of the DONE Mission 1 programme, so those attending will be joining and contributing to the shared experience.

There is a limit of participants we can take, therefore apply early. Please wait for confirmation before arranging travel.

Participants need to bring a sleeping bag. We recommend brining house shoes, sport shoes and sport clothes. Local transport information is available at the bottom of this invitation.

Local transport: Please plan your trip to Dunajska Luzna. There is regular connection from Bratislava Main train station (Hlavna stanica) by the train and Bratislava Central bus station (at Mlynske Nivy) to Dunajska Luzna (check the location of the centre in google maps). One way ticket cost about 1,50 EUR. You can find schedules for your travel online at www.cp.sk (select English in the bottom right corner). Note that Vienna airport is very close, there is regular bus connection and it only takes about 60 minutes to come to Bratislava Central bus station 🙂
