Summer Workshops will be in Camberg!

Dear Brothers & Sisters,
We have good news – both the Senior HARP and ODP+ Workshops will take place as planned in Seminarhaus Neumühle in Bad Camberg! There will be additional rules that we will need to follow related to the COVID-19 health and safety standards. So far, all the provisionally registered participants come from countries which are on the “green list”, which means they can enter Germany freely.

We have sent an email to all who have provisionally registered for the Senior HARP and ODP+ Workshops.  Please check your email and reply accordingly if you have not done it yet, to confirm or cancel your registration. If you do not confirm by Friday 17th July, we will assume that you are no longer coming, and will give your place to another person.

We will still accept new registrations for the waiting list, even though the capacity is almost full. If you are interested in any of the workshops please register by Friday 17th July, and we will get back to you by Monday 20th July if there is a space for you.

We are happy to announce that the EUME Headquarters is offering a generous sponsorship of €50 per person. As a result, the participation fee will now be €180 for the Senior HARP Workshop, and €330 for the ODP+ Workshop. We are grateful for this support, as an expression of care and encouragement for all Blessed families involved.

Entering Germany from ‘at risk’ countries: Thankfully, all provisionally registered workshop participants come from countries which can feely enter Germany. However, an additional condition is that they must not have entered any country which is identified as ‘at risk’ within 14 days prior to entering Germany. See the attached list of countries identified as ‘at risk’, and stay up to date by referring to the website of the German Federal Foreign Office.

Important: We cannot take responsibility for any travel restrictions which may emerge between now and the workshop taking place. Please research the conditions of travel from your nation to Germany, and plan accordingly. The decision to have it in Germany was largely led by the desire to involve as many applicants as possible without additional barriers of testing and quarantine.

Due to health and safety regulation there will be additional rules that we will need to follow at Workshops. We will send the key information in advance and then also explain the rules at the start of each workshop. Everyone will be responsible for complying with the regulations and safety precautions which will be agreed upon and explained clearly at the workshop. This will require additional focus and discipline from everyone involved.

We are sure that we will have great and memorable time together at the Workshops. We are looking forward to seeing many of you in Neumühle!

Sincerely,
The ESGD team
